Description of the apartment

The apartment is composed of  two floors:

  • First floor: entrance with living room, kitchenette with tools and  balcony with hill view, bathroom;
  • Second floor: two wide matrimonial bedrooms (one of these has a sea view, the other a hill view), bathroom with rainwater pipe.

Price list

Periods:
  • High season: May-June-July-August-September
  • Medium season: April-October-Christmas-Easter
  • Low season: November-December- January-February-March

The minimum stay is of 3 days.

Discounts for long stay

Prices:
  • High Season: 195,00€
  • Medium Season: 180,00€
  • Low Season: 180,00€

Price doesn’t include :

  • €50,00 for the final cleaning
  • city tax € 2.50 per person per night

The price of the apartment doesn’t include meals.

Additional services:

Porter service on demand:

  • €5,00 for little baggage
  • €10,00 for big baggage

Terms

Check-in and Check-out:
  • Check-in: from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM
  • Check-out: within  10:00 AM
Payment:

We request your credit card credentials ( such as the cardholder data and the expiry date of the card) as guarantee for your reservation.  A non-refundable deposit equal to the amount of 30% of the stay is required. We accept these credit cards: VISA, VISA Electron, V-Pay, Master Card, Maestro, Pagobancomat.

Cancellation policy:

It is possible to cancel your booking free of charge until a month before your arrival.

Conditions for failure to submit:

In case of failure to submit  the customer  must pay the full amount of the stay.

Animals:

Small pets are allowed on demand and there are no supplements.
